In accordance with the 2025 work priorities of Topfrp, the production department launched a “Production Management Improvement” campaign to comprehensively enhance production efficiency and achieve the goals of “increasing efficiency, improving quality, and reducing costs.” By July, more than 60 improvement measures had been formulated and implemented, covering the entire product production process. Meanwhile, the production department and workshops continued to optimize and upgrade production lines, completing 166 tooling modifications, 6 equipment installations and upgrades, and 8 infrastructure improvements. Through technological innovation and the dual drive of 6S management, in the second quarter of 2025 the qualified rate of radome products increased by 17.8% , production efficiency improved by 30%, and production line optimization reduced costs by 110,000 yuan, achieving simultaneous improvements in both product quality and efficiency.
