Harbin FRP Institute Leadership Team Conducts Special Research Symposium at Topfrp

To implement the requirements of the CNBM’s notice on conducting in-depth study and education activities regarding the central Party leadership’s eight-point decision on improving work conduct, and in accordance with the specific arrangements of the Harbin FRP Institute Co,.Ltd’s work plan for these activities, in July 2025, Lv Heyi, Chief Financial Officer of the Harbin FRP Institute, conducted a special research visit to Topfrp.

During the research symposium, the leadership team of Topfrp provided a comprehensive report on the company’s production and operations, development strategy, international business expansion, Party building work, and compliance and internal control construction for the first half of 2025. After listening to the report, Lv Heyi engaged in in-depth discussions with the company’s leadership team to gain a detailed understanding of the challenges and issues faced in the company’s development, offering solutions and guidance. During the research visit, Lv Heyi delivered an insightful thematic Party lecture titled Aligning with the Central Eight-Point Decision, Persisting in Implementation, and Fostering a Healthy and High-Quality Development Environment. The lecture covered four key areas: revisiting the essence of the central Party leadership’s eight-point decision, the significance of conducting study and education activities, how to implement the spirit of the decision, and the role of financial supervision and service functions. Lü Heyi emphasized that the improvement of work conduct is an ongoing effort, requiring a strong sense of political responsibility to integrate the decision’s requirements into the entire financial management process. Through measures such as institutional development, process control, and supervision, the aim is to promote the normalization and long-term effectiveness of work conduct improvement.

This research activity not only strengthened the connection between the leadership team and grassroots employees but also provided clear direction for the company’s next steps in development.
