On September 8, 2025, the leadership of Topfrp, along with the head of the General Affairs Department and relevant personnel, attended the kickoff meeting for the “Thunderbolt Action” on safety production organized by Harbin FRP Institute Co., Ltd. The meeting aimed to thoroughly implement the group’s important directives on safety production, fully deploy the next phase of safety production tasks, further enhance the safety awareness and management level of all employees, and strengthen the safety foundation for high-quality enterprise development. Following the meeting, Topfrp held a response meeting for the “Thunderbolt Action.” Han Bo, head of the General Affairs Department, conveyed the purpose and significance of the “Thunderbolt Action” as outlined by the higher-level unit, as well as the key spirit and core requirements of the kickoff meeting. Tang Liang, Party Branch Secretary and General Manager, explained the tasks and work plan for the three-year campaign to tackle root causes and overcome challenges from both national and group perspectives. He emphasized that safety production is the lifeline of enterprise development and an absolute red line that must not be crossed. The group’s deployment of the “Thunderbolt Action” demonstrates its high regard for safety production.
