Topfrp Attended Legal Training on “Connecting Litigation Practice with Evidence Retention and Collection”

On December 4, 2025, Topfrp staff participated in a legal training session on “Connecting Litigation Practice with Evidence Retention and Collection,” organized by the Harbin FRP Institute. The training was delivered by Gao Ying,, who introduced the fundamental concepts of evidence and provided a precise interpretation of the “Seven Types of Facts Not Requiring Proof” in civil litigation. Tailored to the operational characteristics of manufacturing enterprises, the session offered in-depth guidance on systematically constructing a complete and effective chain of evidence within contract management processes. Additionally, typical case studies were shared to illustrate common methods and considerations for evidence collection, fixation, and preservation.

This legal training not only effectively disseminated legal knowledge and enhanced employees’ legal awareness but also strengthened the foundation for the company’s lawful operations and compliance management.
