TOPFRP Carried Out Safety and Environmental Protection Training

On April 10, TOPFRP organized safety and environmental protection education and training in the production workshop. The training was led by Han Bo, the Safety and Environmental Protection Director, and was actively attended by all employees of the Production Support Department.

The training covered daily safety management, core protective requirements, critical operation control, and personnel safety responsibilities. It emphasized the implementation of routine safety mechanisms such as daily, weekly, and monthly inspections, three-level safety briefings at pre-shift meetings, and closed-loop hazard management. Specific personal protective requirements were clarified for different work scenarios, including noise environments, lifting operations, cutting and grinding, and the use of power tools.

In terms of critical operation control, the training put forward specific requirements for lifting, electrical safety, hazardous chemical management, and approval processes for dangerous operations. It stressed that safety supervisors must remain on-site at all times, and that fall protection work requires the use of five-point safety harnesses with a high anchor point and low tie-off. The training also systematically explained the seven duties of safety production managers and the nine core safety requirements for all employees. It reminded employees to pay close attention to the six major risk factors: electric shock, falls from height, impact from falling objects, fire and explosion, poisoning and suffocation, and mechanical injuries. Behaviors such as working under the influence of alcohol, working while fatigued, and working in abnormal emotional states were strictly prohibited.

The training concluded with a strong emphasis on eliminating the “three violations” – violation of command, violation of operating procedures, and violation of labor discipline. All employees were urged to consciously abide by safety regulations and work together to build a solid defense line for safety production.
