On August 4, 2025, General Manager Tang Liang and Deputy General Manager Mei Yanning led an inspection team composed of technical and production-related responsible personnel to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the production front line. The inspection covered infrastructure upgrades, workplace safety, and the improvement of employee rest conditions in the production workshop. The team focused on identifying major safety hazards and verifying the implementation of preventive measures. Discussions were held regarding foam storage, the planning of processing production lines, and the relocation of hazardous waste storage facilities. Preliminary rectification and implementation plans were proposed on-site, with clear responsibilities assigned, and relevant departments were instructed to follow up and supervise the rectification progress.
General Manager Tang Liang emphasized that production must be carried out in a standardized and orderly manner while ensuring safety, strictly prohibiting any violations or risky operations. Safety responsibilities must be broken down to specific positions and individuals, creating a multi-layered accountability system. Additionally, safety measures should be refined based on the working environment and risk levels to prevent any potential accidents. He also stressed the importance of showing care for frontline employees, understanding their needs, and taking warm and impactful actions to boost morale—enhancing service quality and making employees feel valued.
